Although the Marche area has a very rich and varied wine tradition, this region is still little known at an oenological level. However, Marche has many valuable products and high-quality raw materials.
Respect for the environment
Conte degli Azzoni was one of the first wineries in Italy to have embarked on a path of sustainability, and aims at becoming B-Corp certified and a benefit corporation in the coming years. This way, the company proves its attention to respect for the environment, committing itself to producing economic as well as social and environmental benefits at the same time.
The Conti degli Azzoni farm is located in the heart of the Marche region, between the Sibillini mountains and the Adriatic Sea. It is spread over an area of over 850 hectares that extend in various municipalities in the province of Macerata.
Wines
The wines of Conti degli Azzoni express the values and potential of the Marche. In each glass you will find the history of the territory of this region, which ranges from the roughness of the mountains to the elegance of the hills to the flavor of the sea. Conti degli Azzoni offers a wide range of wines, from the energy of Rosso Piceno to the fruity notes of Grechetto. The winery also presents excellent wines, such as the Ribona DOC from the Macerata hills and the Passatempo, a Cru produced by a Montepulciano vine older than 50 years old.
