Innovation

Innovation, sustainability, and research in service of the future.
Preserving the past to build the future: this is our mission.
At Degli Azzoni Wines, innovation is the bridge connecting the wisdom of past generations with the vision of a sustainable tomorrow. Every project we undertake is driven by the desire to respect the land, enhance the quality of our wines, and create a positive impact on the environment.
From grape washing to natural viticulture, from agroforestry to the "vite maritata" technique, our commitment translates into concrete actions that are transforming winemaking—proving that low-impact agriculture is not only possible but necessary.
Grape Washing
We were the third company in Italy to adopt grape washing, an innovative process designed to ensure purer, safer, and higher-quality wines.
A wellness treatment for grapes, a guarantee of quality for consumers. A project dedicated to wine purity, health, and the pleasure of drinking well.

Our Natural Wine
A passo d’uomo is the first natural wine from the Degli Azzoni Wines group.
In the heart of the Marche hills, where time seems to stand still, a wine is born a wine that tells a story of journeys and discoveries. A wine free to express its strength and authenticity, with no compromises.

Seven Sources Project – Agroforestry
Seven Sources is our response to the environmental challenge: an agroforestry project that combines viticulture, biodiversity, and innovation to generate a positive impact on the land.
“Seven Sources” refers to the seven inspirations that guide our work, the seven territories involved in the project, and the seven generations we come from and to whom we dedicate our commitment.

Hanged vineyard
With the Hanged vineyard project, we are reviving an ancient farming technique once common in our countryside, adapting it to the needs of modern viticulture.
In the rolling hills of Fermano, in the municipality of Montottone, we have launched a three-hectare pilot vineyard one of the most ambitious agroforestry initiatives in Italy.
